This is the most feathery Katsu I’ve had in Vegas with such delicate batter and very unique flavors. I really do enjoy the sauces that they give you as well and just the overall experience. It can be very casual, but you can also have a really nice dinner and very nice time there. I love having multiple flavors in any dish so this was also very enjoyable. Everything about our experience was perfect. Every dish somehow is light and refreshing. From fried edamame with a light dipping broth, to chicken katsu in the lightest flaky batter dipped in a super rich sauce, to cold soba noodles (a hard dish to find) dipped each bit in a refreshing aromatic broth, to the super thinly shaved cabbage salad with a nutty dressing.

This was the second time we stopped by to have lunch, it's still good.  The tempura udon was delicious, the Chicken Ton katsu had a delicious taste.  The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable.
The restaurant has plenty of space for a relaxing environment to eat and not crowded at all.
